General Guidelines for Anal Itch: Dryness! Dryness! Dryness!

You must avoid the excess use of soap, especially rubbing the bar in the anal area or rubbing the washcloth at the site of itching.

The soap residue in this area irritates the perianal skin. Soap is alkaline and will alter the normal acidity of the skin and makes it perfect for parasites, fungus, and microbes to grow.

After showering, wipe the anal area with Herbal Healer to remove any soap residue; this is the most important guide.

After each bowel movements wipe the anal area with bath tissue moistened with Herbal Healer. DO NOT AND NEVER RUB WITH DRY BATH TISSUE.

The Herbal Healer includes several natural Herbs that will help to keep the area dry.

You must avoid, drops, creams, spray, and/or lotions.

This area is already dark, warm and if it is also moist, it provides a perfect condition for fungus and other microbes to grow.

Dark + Warm + Moist = Fungus

Any types of cream has moisturizing effect on the anal skin that promote breakdown after breakdown.

Wear gloves at night if you scratch in your sleep. Try not to develop wounds from the itch.
