A Real Breakthrough; New Formula,

What people say makes us excited::

Yes, I DID receive your new formula. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I took some time off and went away for a long weekend. I am VERY impressed with the sample you sent.

I have used it about six times now, and I have really experienced great relief...more than any other product that I have tried so far! So, I am very happy to pass that news along to you. And, I am also very happy to have found a product that works.

It seems to work almost immediately. The smell as well as the color is much more pleasant than your last formula, too. Congratulations on a very fine product!! You must be very excited to share this with people.

Sincerely,

Mary Selfridge

Preventing Hemorrhoids is a two step plan:

1) To fortify the small veins and the capillaries in the rectum, we strongly recommend fruits and vegetables that are high in fiber and bioflavonoids including cherries, blackberries, broccoli, asparagus, buckwheat, apple, apricots, black currants, cantaloupes, grapefruits, grapes, oranges, and lemons. Make Asparagus part of your life; asparagus is one of the richest sources of rutin, which strengthens the veins and capillary walls in the rectum.

Bioflavonoids particularly diosmin, and hesperidin, are effective in improving hemorrhoids.

Rose Hips, Orange and Lemon Peels contain Bioflavonoids such as Rutin, Hesperidin, Diosmin, Calcium and all of the elements needed to absorb Vitamin C. Foods high in the flavonoid quercetin are beneficial against hemorrhoids since they help with the structure of small veins and capillaries. The main food sources for quercetin are Cabbage, Grapefruit, Apples, Cranberries, Pears, Grapes, Spinach, Onions, and Garlic. Pau d'Arco as an Herb possesses Quercetin. One more thing; make Yogurt part of your life. Chili and Red peppers, Oregano, Cinnamon, and Thyme are the best antiseptics that you can find for your digestive system. As far as essential oils are concerned, Niaouli has the ability to tighten tissue.

Avoid these Foods and/or Herbs; also avoid these during menstruation

Rhubarb ; also avoid Rhubarb during pregnancy due to uterine stimulant action; might aggravate thrombosis and/or prolapsis

Aloes ; due to possible induction of stenosis, thrombosis, and prolapse

Leptandra or Veronicastrum virginicum ; Cathartic effect

Senna ; possible induction of stenosis, thrombosis and prolapse

2) Hopefully knowing what you do wrong, gardening with no gloves or walking in the garden with no shoes, what you eat, where you eat, and your possible sources of parasitic infestations such as swimming in the creeks, and unhealthy restaurants, should help you stop infecting yourself. We mentioned gardening and swimming in the creeks since most of my colleagues here at HerbaLabs and especially some of our customers believe are the start of parasitic infections.
